Download any page as PDF, Word or Markdown
Every page now has a Download menu. Send a policy to a board, a regulator or a partner as a PDF or a Word document, with owner and verification date in the footer.

Your source of truth lives in Groundtruth. But a board pack, a tender or a regulator still wants a file. Starting today, every page has a Download menu with three options:
- PDF: ready to print or attach, A4, with headings, lists, tables, links and code blocks.
- Word (.docx): for documents that go into someone else's review process, with real headings and tables, so tracked changes work as expected.
- Markdown: the page exactly as agents see it, with its title, to move content anywhere.
Provenance travels with the file
Every PDF and Word export carries a footer with the workspace, the page owner and the date the page was last verified. If an AI agent has edited the page since a person last reviewed it, the footer says so. A document that leaves Groundtruth still tells the reader how current it is.
For agents too
Exports work with an API key as well as in the app:
curl -L -H "Authorization: Bearer gt_YOUR_KEY" \
"https://<your-domain>/api/export/<workspace>/<page>?format=pdf" -o page.pdf
Use format=pdf, docx or md. Downloads always come from the published page, never from someone's draft.
Good to know
PDFs use standard fonts, so characters outside Western European alphabets show as "?" for now. Word and Markdown exports handle any language. Full Unicode PDFs are next.
