Groundtruth is now in Claude's connector directory

Groundtruth is now listed in Claude's Connectors Directory. That means you can add it to Claude in two clicks, without copying URLs or API keys, and it works everywhere Claude does: on the web, the desktop and mobile apps, and in Claude Code.

How to add it

1. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors and search for Groundtruth.
2. Click Connect. Claude opens the Groundtruth sign-in.
3. Log in, choose the workspace Claude may use, and click Allow.

That's it. Don't have a workspace yet? Start one for free, then connect. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add --transport http groundtruth https://groundtruthhq.tech/api/mcp and sign in with /mcp.

What you can do with it

1. Get answers about how your company works, with citations

Ask about policies, processes and past decisions. Claude answers from your workspace and cites the exact pages and decisions it used, so you can check them. If your workspace doesn't cover the question, it says so instead of guessing.

"What's our refund policy for new customers?"

"How do we release firmware, and are there days we don't ship?"

"Why don't we sell robots outright?"

2. Stay on top of contracts, churn risk and open work

Groundtruth's agents track contract cancel-by dates, score churn risk from customer interactions and flag pages that have gone stale. Claude can see their alerts, together with your team's board.

"Which contracts need action in the next 60 days?"

"Which customers are at churn risk, and why?"

"What's on our board that's urgent or blocked?"

3. Keep your knowledge current from a conversation

The best moment to write something down is right after it happens. Claude can log a decision with its reasoning, add notes to a runbook, record a customer call, or create and update cards on your board. It asks you before every change.

"Log a decision: firmware freezes start on Thursdays, because Friday releases caused weekend incidents."

"We just had a call with Ferris Supply Co: they're unhappy about response times. Log it and add a card for Jonah to follow up this week."

"Add today's outage summary to the incident response runbook."

Built to be trusted

• One workspace per connection. Claude only sees the workspace you pick when you sign in, and only what a member of that workspace can see.
• Every change is labelled. Writes from Claude show up as agent edits in the activity log, pages it writes are marked Needs review for their owner, and any page can be restored from its history.
• Your conversations stay with Claude. Groundtruth receives the tool calls Claude makes, never your chats, memory or files.
• No surprise AI bill. Answers to Claude come back as cited sources and Claude writes the reply, so no AI model runs on our side for it.
• Disconnect any time in Claude, or revoke the connection in Groundtruth under Settings & API.
